You have been set up by ERM Online with your own unique username and password and will/would have been sent the welcome email requesting that you setup/reset your password.


Single click where indicated and you will be taken to a page to enter your new password.


You must confirm your password by entering it twice and then clicking on the 'Save' button otherwise you will receive an error like this.


Once you have successfully saved your new password you will receive a confirmation like below and you can click on the 'Login' button to login to the ERM Online platform.


As your user credentials provide access to your information, we take logon details very seriously so occasionally, there may be an issue with saving your account but this normally can be resolved very quickly by submitting a Support Ticket by clicking here.
