There are number of form templates have been made available for completion and links to these forms have been added to your My Favourites widget.

Simply click on 'Click for additional Broker Forms' and then click 'Complete' to open the relevant form.

Adding a Form to your 'My Favourites"

If there is a form that you would like to add to your 'My Favourites widget', simply click on hold on the 'Complete' button and drag and drop to the icon indicated.

The link will then appear on your Dashboard.

If you would like to rename or re-position an option in the My Favourites widget OR you use another system and wish to remove a form template link, click on the 'cog' icon to edit the setup.
