You will receive, or should have received a 'Welcome Email' which will confirm your Username and ask you to set up your Password. This is your own unique Username and Password.
Below are instructions on how to access the system, change your password, or what to do if you forget your password or get locked out of your account.
If your organisation has Single Sign On (SSO) you will be automatically logged into ERM Online and your Dashboard will display.
Your Welcome email contained:
- A link to set up your password and activate your account.
- The URL https://secure.ermonline.com.au/financialservices to access the system. Please save this link.
- When the URL is clicked, you will be taken to the logon screen.
Please note that you cannot use the other Sign in features for Google, LinkedIn or Office365.
If you could like to change your password at any time:
- Click on the person icon found in the top right hand-side of your screen
- Select 'Change Password' and follow the instructions.
Remember to update any saved passwords in your browser so you are not locked out.
If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and complete either your:
- email address (this is the email address that is registered with ERM Online); or
- Username, if you share an email address, or have an assigned role in ERM Online.
You will be sent an email to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please check your Spam or Junk folders.
Please note the link to reset your password is only valid for 48 hours.
Your account will be locked after multiple unsuccessful attempts to log in - this is ERM Online security protocol.
If this occurs, contact your Administrator or submit a ticket and will will send you an email to reset your password for use once this time has passed.
To assist with this process, please ensure you advise:
- your email address or username if you share an email address
- the brokerage you work for
