Each month you will be request to complete your ERMR - below are instructions on how to complete your ERMR.



ERMR Notification
  • You will receive an email, advising you that your ERMR is ready for completion.  
  • Click the link in the email which will take you to the ERM Online logon page.

  • Enter your Username and Password as indicated below on click on the 'Login' button which when successfully logged in will open up the ERMR for completion.  Refer to Accessing ERM Online if you have forgotten your password, or are locked out of your account.


NB Please do not attempt to use any of the sign in options with Google, LinkedIn or Office 365 as this has not been set up for the AUB Group.


Accessing the ERMR without a Link

If you cant find the email, and don't have the link, you can still access the ERMR by going to https://secure.ermonline.com.au/financialservices to go to the ERM Online log on page.

  • Enter your Username and Password which will take you to your Dashboard.
  • Your ERMR will be in your 'To Do' widget.
  • Click to open and complete.



Completing the ERMR

Work through the questions of the ERMR, remembering to answer all mandatory questions marked with an '*'.   

ERM Online will identify any mandatory question that has not been completed when you Submit.

Additional Forms Generated

Depending on some of the responses provided when completing the ERMR, there may be additional forms generated.  These forms will appear in your 'To Do' List.


Saving the ERMR
  • If you have partially completed the form, leave the Status as 'Draft' and then click on the 'Submit' button to save the ERMR.
  • If you have fully completed the form, confirm the Status is 'Active' and then click on the 'Submit' button to save the ERMR.
  • By submitting the ERMR, you are confirming that you have reporting all known circumstances to the best of your knowledge.
  • Should you have answered 'None to report' in relation to breaches and complaints, you are declaring that there are no known incidents to report for the month.
